The incoming LCSW/LCMHC will provide services via telemedicine along with our Advance Practice Provider and Clinical Director.   We provide behavioral health services through a comprehensive team of primary care practices across the state.    Consider:

• Work from anywhere
• 40-hour work week but hours can be outside of 8-5 if you prefer
• 100% Telepsychiatry / Telemedicine
• 95% of patients come directly from our Primary Care Provider Team
• Great Support Team:  1 Clinical Director, 1  Advanced Practice Provider &  plus 4 other Therapists 
• All Scrips EMR-Same as Primary Care team
• A strong interest in caring for an older patient population but an interest in caring for all ages is a plus.
• 1-Hour patient visits
