Associate Implementation Engineer

Description

The ideal Associate Implementation Engineer candidate will work as a collaborative team member of the Client Implementation team in building and configuring software installations and firm offices for enterprise clients.  The Associate Implementation Engineer will also act as a supporting technical resource for Program Managers during integration and custom development efforts. This includes interpreting customer requirements and researching solutions within the available technology offerings, under the guidance and mentorship of senior Implementation Engineers.

Job Description 

  • Assist with the build and configuration of Enterprise and Firm office installations.
  • Provide support to Program Managers for integration and custom development efforts
  • Coordinate with technology operations to deploy, maintain and troubleshoot non-production environments in support of the Client Implementation team
  • Support Client Implementation Program Managers through client configuration and user migration efforts
  • Assist and support the release of platform entitlements and feature configurations
  • Assist in the processing of quarterly Investment Market Data for live production systems
  • Assist and support Program Managers on integration, database query, and custom development efforts
  • Support enterprise client and third-party implementation of REST APIs
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software issues via local build and debugging in logging applications
  • Support and test final deliverables

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a software development position including some hands-on software programming
  • Familiarity with application development environment setup and maintenance, including git version control, Visual Studio, and .Net/web runtime technologies, and API development environments

Skills

  • Knowledge of C#/.NET
  • Working knowledge of XML (Extensible Markup Language)
  • Past experience with software application development
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities
  • Top notch organizational skills and ability to work within processes
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented
  • Collaborative team player

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.  This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
