Senior Sales Development Representative - Enterprise
Description
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social selling
- Research target accounts and personalized outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Gong insights
- Nurture aging leads and opportunities to re-engage and accelerate into active sales cycles
- Recycle disqualified or discontinued leads to nurtured, qualified pipeline
- Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing channels (digital, events, webinars)
- Triage inbound interest based on ideal customer profile fit, urgency, and buying readiness
- Apply MEDDIC principles to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Facilitate strategic engagements and qualified opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on multi-channel campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and Sale Ops to optimize outreach strategy and lead flow
- Track and manage sales activities using Outreach and Salesforce
- Provide real-time feedback to Marketing for ongoing campaign optimization
- Strategically re-engage aged pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate with sales for optimal touchpoints and outreach timing
- Keep leads warm through regular communications and insight sharing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years in demand generation, inside sales, or enterprise SDR roles
- Familiarity with financial software or fintech industry preferred
- Experience prospecting into large broker dealers and RIA’s
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including number of qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and contribution to quarterly revenue goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leveraging tools like Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn for multi-step sequencing
- Expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and social prospecting
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, budget structures, and authority chains
- Ability to build trust and credibility with executive-level prospects
- Detail-oriented and disciplined with time management across diverse territories and accounts

The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $85,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
