As the Director of Maintenance, you will be a pivotal member of our facility leadership team, and at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their aircraft on time, within budget, and flawlessly maintained.
  • Captain the Crew: Lead and direct our teams with finesse, ensuring every aircraft leaves our facility on time, within budget, and free of any issues. Your leadership will set the standard for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with all departments, aircraft manufacturers, parts suppliers, FAA representatives, and subcontractors.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Drive your teams to exceed department goals for efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Your strategic vision will propel us forward.
  • Customer First: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service for our customers.

  • Continuous Improvement: Lead by example in pursuing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our processes are always evolving for the better.
Qualification:
  • Aviation Expertise: Hold an A&P License and preferably an I.A. authorization, with a deep understanding of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145.
  • Experience: Bring at least 15 years of turbine/turboprop aircraft/general aviation maintenance experience, including 10 years in aircraft maintenance supervisory/management roles.
  • Education: Possess an Associate's degree in business management or equivalent experience, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
