As a Customer Service Receptionist, you will play a key role in upholding the high standard of quality and customer service.
This is a part-time weekend position and the schedule for this role is Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm.
This hands-on position is responsible for greeting customers, answering the multi-line switchboard and handling fuel requests.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Make customers feel appreciated by giving exemplary customer service
- Receptionist duties including directing incoming calls and handling customer requests
- Work with and coordinate line service calls and requests
- Computer invoicing of front desk items
- Handle fuel calls
- Filing
- Daily invoice mailings
- Assist with bulk mailings
- Answer radio calls from line service and pilots
- Arrange hotel, car and catering accommodations
- Assist customers with service calls as needed
- Update fuel price changes
- Fuel balancing
- Cash Handling
- Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements Include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant telephone voice
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Clerical experience
- Switchboard experience preferred
