Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS/ARCS Architect
Description
Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS/ARCS Architect
About Elire
At Elire LLC, within our Cloud EPM Center of Excellence, we’re trailblazers in the world of Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and advisory services. With nearly two decades of success as a Trusted Advisor in Oracle Cloud EPM, HCM, ERP/SCM, PeopleSoft, FIS Kyriba, and related systems — we help our clients transform the way they plan, consolidate, and manage financial performance.
As we continue to expand our EPM Center of Excellence, we’re seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS/ARCS Architect to join our elite and innovative team. This role is ideal for a Senior SME or Lead Architect who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and strategy — with a deep understanding of both Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) applications.
Position Overview
The Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS/ARCS Architect will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of complex EPM solutions across consolidation and reconciliation processes. This person will serve as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor to clients — driving best practices, ensuring scalability, and enabling financial transformation through the Oracle EPM suite.
While FCCS will be the primary focus, the ideal candidate also possesses strong ARCS capabilities and can lead or support initiatives across both applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud FCCS implementations, from design and build through testing, training, and deployment.
- Design and guide ARCS solutions supporting account reconciliation, compliance, and automation objectives.
- Define and implement EPM architecture, data integration strategies, and automation frameworks (e.g., Data Management, EPM Automate, REST API).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs aligned with finance and accounting best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align EPM solutions with ERP, BI, and reporting environments.
- Mentor and coach project team members to elevate technical capability and consistency across engagements.
- Support pre-sales efforts and client discussions by providing subject matter expertise, solution design input, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to Elire’s EPM methodology, accelerators, and reusable assets to drive quality and innovation across projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of EPM experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM across FCCS and/or ARCS.
- Proven track record leading 4–6 end-to-end FCCS and/or ARCS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, close processes, and account reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with EPM Automate, Data Exchange / Data Management, calculations, scripting, and reporting design.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement structures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills — able to bridge technical and business conversations.
- Ability to manage project timelines, scope, and client expectations in dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle certifications in FCCS, ARCS, or other EPM modules (EDMCS, Planning, PCMCS).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), BI tools, or ERP integrations.
- Experience with Blackline or other account reconciliation tools.
- Exposure to automation and REST API integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
What’s in It for You
- Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $160,000, plus bonus + commission eligibility.
- Comprehensive benefits package including immediate 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.
- Flexible “work-where-you-work-best” policy supporting balance and productivity.
- Career growth through mentorship, certifications, and cross-practice training (EDMCS, Planning, etc.).
- A collaborative, inclusive culture that celebrates innovation, accountability, and shared success.
