Position Overview:
As our Sr. Proposal Specialist, you will be instrumental in organizing, facilitating, and supporting the RFP proposal process from end-to-end. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll lead the development of compelling RFP responses, ensuring Elire remains at the forefront of our industry. Your Role in the Team:
  • Organize, facilitate, and support the end-to-end RFP proposal process for all Elire responses.
  • Maintain and update RFP templates, content, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Recruiting, and Accounting teams for RFP support.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for process recommendations and updates.
  • Establish a centralized repository for tracking active RFPs and go/no-go decisions.
  • Identify potential RFP software solutions and gather requirements for implementation.
  • Develop competitive win strategies, including competitive landscape analysis.
  • Implement RFP software and lead the reporting of process improvements.
Required Abilities/Functions:

  3. Creative and technical writing skills for compelling proposals.
  4. Ability to maintain focus and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing Multiple Leaders:
    • Coordinate with multiple leaders and ensure buy-in on process improvements.
  • Timelines and Schedules:
    • Maintain timelines and schedules for timely delivery of proposals.

    • Develop a repeatable process and maintain proactive communication to manage workload fluctuations.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with RFP management, preferably within IT Consulting.
  • Strong project management acumen.
  • Exquisite writing and editing expertise and proficiency.
  • Understanding of IT terminology and ERP solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Added Bonus Skills:
  • AMAP certifications (ex: Bid and Proposal Certification) (*Note: these are a “nice to have”, but not required, so please still do apply even if not certified yet).
