Currently, we're looking to expand the EPM Center of Excellence and seeking a dedicated Cloud EPM Architect FCCS to join our elite and innovative team.
 
Position Overview:
As our Cloud EPM Architect FCCS, you'll be at the forefront of designing and leading consolidation projects, transitioning from current platforms to Cloud EPM. Your expertise will drive remarkable implementations, and if you have experience with HFM or other consolidation tools, that's a significant advantage. Your Role in the Symphony:
  • Lead and orchestrate captivating Oracle FCCS projects, from design to go-live.
  • Utilize your expertise in HFM or other consolidation tools to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EPM solutions with various business systems.
  • Craft RTMs, Design Documents, Project Plans, and Training Guides to drive project success.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and training/testing sessions.
  • Support Sales cycles and contribute to the development of our team's skills.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Undertake cross-practice training, expanding knowledge into areas such as Account Reconciliations and Planning.
Key Objectives:
  • 30 Days:
  • Integrate with the team and company culture.
  • Learn our methodologies and procedures.
  • Onboard onto a project as a lead or support the build.
  • 3 Months and Beyond:
  • Lead ongoing project activities.
  • Create project documentation and plans.
  • Support projects at various phases, from design to go-live.
  • 6 Months and Beyond:
  • Support Sales cycles and team development.
  • Continue leading projects effectively.
  • 12 Months and Beyond:
  • Obtain necessary certifications if required.
  • Mentor and train team members for their growth.
  • Participate in cross-practice training to broaden expertise.
Required Abilities/Functions:
  1. Experience leading Oracle FCCS projects.
  2. Proficiency with HFM or other consolidation tools.
  3. Strong accounting background.
  4. Demonstrated leadership experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience leading Oracle FCCS projects.
  • Project management expertise as a Solution Expert.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in relevant areas.
  • Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
