Description

The purpose of the Maintenance Manager is to oversee the machine maintenance department to ensure the performing of highly diversified duties, to install and ensure all machines are well-maintained and operating properly and to help ensure production of quality products.   

**Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** (Include the following; however, other duties may apply.)   

• Supervise assigned personnel, maintain records, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure all assigned personnel are meeting their daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance objectives. - Provide problem solving and resolution to all machine maintenance issues.
•  Initiate/maintain personnel training and evaluation of personnel per HR policies.
• Order all parts needed for repair and maintenance of CNC machines. 
• Perform control work including cables on CNC hard drives, as well as electrical repairs.
• Perform machine modification and mechanical repairs on equipment as required 
• Installation of all new CNC machines.
• All other duties as assigned

This position is located in Canton, GA. Out of state applicants must be willing to relocate!
