Summary

The Production Associate operates wire striping equipment, rewinding equipment, tape slitter and chopper; adheres to quality and safety standards; completes accurate quality records as per EIS ISO standard requirements; maintains the minimal daily maintenance requirements of equipment and supplies.

$20/hour to start!

Responsibilities 

Include the following; however, other duties may apply.

  • Operating machines and equipment independently
  • Reading and interpreting basic mechanical blueprints proficiently
  • Performing simple math such as decimals and fractions
  • Properly and safely loading and unloading parts and raw material from machinery
  • Using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Performing daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on equipment
  • Utilizing and abiding by ISO requirements and EIS safety procedures
  • Following all quality policies, specification, regulations, and instructions
  • Meeting production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
  • Some forklift use

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in a production and warehouse environment
  • Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language
  • Basic math skills
  • Forklift experience is not required but a plus!
  • Machine operation experience
  • Able to lift 45lbs or less in a production environment
