Job Description
  
This is a dynamic outside sales position that requires good organization and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced growing environment. We are excited about the opportunities in front of us and goals we have set for the future we are looking for talented, motivated people to grow with us.   
 This a remote position that will cover Indiana, near Fort Wayne. Candidates must reside in this region. Travel required up to 50%.  
Responsibilities  
  • Foster strong, on-going relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Create, plan and deliver presentations on company solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organization goals and quotas
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs and requirements
  • Define and execute sales objectives and goals 
  • Provide sales activity reports on a pre-defined frequency that includes sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansion
  • Represent organization at trade meetings and/or events
  • Deliver sales presentations to customers 
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested
  • Create, plan and deliver presentations on company/products
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline
  • Track sales activity in company CRM and keep current
  • Maintain a well developed pipeline and prospect new sales leads
  • Coordinate with other team members/departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications   
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept to change in a fast-paced environment 
  • Analytical and good decision making 
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, high energy and positive attitude
