Director, Marketing Campaign Operations 

Egnyte is looking for a Director, Marketing Campaign Operations to lead a team that supports a high volume of requests from our Marketing team. This includes designing, building, testing, deploying and troubleshooting workflows to execute campaigns in channels such as Content Syndication, Virtual Events, Physical Events, Webinars, Email Sends, Nurture, etc.. You will partner closely with the Marketing peers to design and develop an end-to-end campaign operations strategy to support the set up of each campaign and assist with executing them leveraging best practices and complementary tools.

Role Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations role, ideally at B2B companies. Experience managing an external agency is a big plus.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills to be able to connect and communicate with a range of people.
  • Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engaged Business Practitioner.¬†
  • Familiarity with technologies such as email creation platforms (Stensul), webinar platforms (Zoom Webinar), chatbots (Drift), email verification tools (Kickbox), virtual event platforms (Goldcast), ABM tools (6Sense), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Basic HTML knowledge for Marketo Landing Page and Email builds.
  • Ability to work a shifted schedule, overlapping with U.S working hours.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Asana or an equivalent work management platform is a plus.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream. Marketing/Technology qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and project management skills


  • Oversee campaign operations for the global marketing team for numerous Marketing Channels such as; Content Syndication, Virtual Events, Physical Events, Webinars, Email Sends, Nurture, etc.
  • Take ownership of all the responsibilities surrounding campaign operations, including but not limited to program templates, email templates, request intake processes, QA processes, campaign execution process, and stakeholder management. This includes ensuring that best practices are documented maintained and enforced¬†
  • Partner with marketing team members to build, activate, and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketers to build and optimize use case and persona-based nurture programs.
  • Improve database integrity and segmentations, and ensure campaign audiences and targets match business needs and objectives.
  • Build and champion an A/B testing culture within marketing.
  • Document key campaign execution processes as they develop and evolve.
  • Help ramp up, train, and support marketing team members around the globe.
