HR Reporting & Systems Analyst 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Responsible for all reoccurring and ad hoc reporting out of ATS (Jobvite), metrics and dashboard presentations in support of the TA, HRIS and Compensation teams 
  • Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA, HRIS and Compensation team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios 
  • Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through audits and governance 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ATS as well as system administration functions 
  • Provide system and process training or guidance for end users and create user guides, training materials, and maintain system documentation 
  • Understand, analyze, report on and drive improvements for ATS and related operations which includes but not limited to research and consult on industry best practices and staying current on market trends, business challenges and priorities 
  • Collaborate with process owners to develop and maintain relevant training, communication and change management material 
  • Partner with TA and other HR partners to develop data models for recruitment 
  • Assist in data road mapping to illuminate areas of opportunity  

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Functional understanding of Human Resources practices within the tech/software space. 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Applicant Tracking (Jobvite) reporting and Tableau experience is highly desired. 
  • A solid mathematical, statistical, or reporting background is also a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work while functioning within deadlines of a fast-paced work environment is essential. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with all levels of management and staff, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Excellent administrative, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required. 
  • Able to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
