The Role

Looking to join a high growth, fun company where you can have a huge impact? We are looking for an amazing, data-driven digital marketer to optimize website visitors to leads conversion rate. You will understand the traffic patterns, traffic sources, landing pages and available assets to recommend changes that will increase the “unknown” to “known” percentage. You will also work closely with the marketing, sales, SDR, BDR teams to move MQLs down the funnel and increase MQL to Close Won conversion rate.

Specific responsibilities include identifying conversion rate improvement opportunities, creating use cases and scenarios, working with cross-functional teams to get the assets, performing A/B and multivariate testing, analyzing and presenting results and implementing winning combinations to demonstrate month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter conversion rate improvements across different channels. Additional responsibilities include working with external agencies and distributed internal resources, creating demand creation programs "in a box" for sales, and building/managing shared demand creation processes with inside/field/channel sales. Demonstrated ability to leverage the power of digital technologies in B2B SAAS demand creation is essential.

This role reports to Director, Digital Marketing.

What You Will Do (Not Limited To)

  • Identify conversion rate improvement opportunities by analyzing Google Analytics, paid campaigns data and Drift chat stats
  • Create and get approved the use cases for improving unknown visitors to known by suggesting changes in landing pages, call to action, assets used
  • Develop the Conversion Rate Opitmization (CRO) plan
  • Work with creative and product marketing teams to get the necessary assets for CRO plan execution
  • Set up A/B tests and multivariate tests using CRO tools
  • Analyze data and present results and recommendations and implement the agreed solution
  • Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend
  • Help develop Drift chat strategy to increase chat conversion rate
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing, demandgen, field marketing and communications teams to align online activity with broader campaign initiatives
  • Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)
  • Set CRO goals and measure results


Success Metrics:

  • Conversion rate improvement (north star goal)
  • Web property engagement/conversion
  • Demand waterfall optimization (e.g. new-to-file lead, MQL, SQL, Pipeline Opportunity, Closed Won) and associated efficiency metrics (cost-per)


  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing CRO strategies, preferably including 2+ years in a B2B SAAS environment.
  • Ability to work with team situated across different geographies, multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in different digital marketing channels; Hands on experience with VWO/Optimizely, Drift chat and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
