Our Sales Operation & Strategy team is the analytical engine behind Egnyte’s go-to-market strategy. We partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to turn complex data into clear strategies — driving smarter forecasting, sharper planning, and better execution across our business. As AI reshapes how we work, this team sits at the forefront of bringing AI-powered tooling and automation into our revenue processes. This is a strategic partner role, not a reporting function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support ad-hoc and recurring strategic analyses across pipeline trends, segment performance, and rep-level productivity — translating data into clear insights for Sales and Finance leadership
- Use AI tools daily — from automating recurring reporting and data cleaning to accelerating analysis and drafting insights; we expect this person to be a power user who continuously finds new ways AI can sharpen the team’s output
- Assist with data sourcing, modeling, and manipulation for executive reporting and special projects, including QBRs and annual planning cycles
- Contribute to planning exercises such as territory mapping, quota modeling, and headcount scenario analysis, bringing a structured, consulting-style approach to problem framing
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting tools in Tableau or Excel to surface KPIs and key performance trends
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leaders to ensure data accuracy, improve reporting infrastructure, and standardize analytical approaches
- Reports to the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager; collaborates closely with Sales, RevOps, and Finance teams across the US and India
- This is a remote-friendly role based in India, with flexible hours to enable collaboration with US-based stakeholders
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, investment banking, or similarly rigorous analytical environment — prior consulting background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and improve output quality; genuine curiosity about how AI can reshape strategy and analytics work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable building models, designing analyses, and synthesizing large datasets into executive-ready recommendations
- Strong SQL skills required — you should be comfortable writing complex queries, building ad-hoc analyses from raw data, and working within tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with GCP or similar cloud data platforms is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities; you thrive when bringing structure to unclear problems rather than waiting for perfect specs
- Clear, structured communicator who can translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences — ability to tell a story with data is essential
BENEFITS
- Competitive salaries
- Medical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your family
- Fully paid premiums for life insurance
- Flexible hours and PTO
- Gym reimbursement
- Childcare reimbursement
- Group term life insurance
