THE OPPORTUNITY

 

The Field Marketing team enables the Egnyte Sales Organization to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted, high-impact campaigns and experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team’s virtual event campaigns across the global team, creating unique experiences that engage customers and prospects in new learning opportunities.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

       Virtual Event Leadership (75%): Lead the strategy and orchestration of virtual event campaigns across key verticals. You will be responsible for ideation through execution, creating unique digital experiences that engage customers and prospects.

       Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Achieve pipeline and closed-won targets, helping the broader team accelerate opportunities across new logo acquisition and the install base (retention and expansion).

       Field Event Support (25%): Assist in the planning and execution of Tier 1 physical events and agile, sales-requested events to support territory needs.

       Strategic Partnership: Earn the role of trusted advisor on all things pipeline and revenue to Sales leadership. You will work directly with sales leaders and individuals to fully activate program success.

       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to build and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within our core verticals.

       Funnel Optimization: Demonstrate an understanding of the pipeline journey with the ability to adapt to business needs (net new vs. acceleration vs. retention). Continuously tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and boost ROI.

       Analysis & Reporting: Work with Marketing and Sales Ops to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels.

       Budget Management: Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

       4+ years of B2B field marketing experience, with a specific emphasis on virtual event strategies.

       Experience leading campaigns, events, and field marketing for a B2B SaaS company.

       Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.

       Proven experience working dynamically across multiple teams to create unique customer experiences.

       Knowledge and understanding of key technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Gong, Tableau, Splash, Zoom as well as virtual event platforms.

       Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.

       Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team and working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues.

COMPENSATION:

  •            Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $86k - $120k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
