Head of EMEA - Site Lead

As Head of EMEA, you will be the site leader responsible for expanding and growing Egnyte’s customer base and brand in the UK. This is a true leadership position offering the opportunity to lead and grow a successful region vital to the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do (but is not limited to)

  • Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will provide leadership, guidance, and rapid growth to a majority of the team located in the UK.
  • Drive new opportunities in the region through inbound, partner and team out-bounding initiatives. Being responsible for generating revenue and carry the quarterly number for the EMEA region
  • Achieve business goals and targets and manage OKRs, KPIs, ARR, etc., including net new business, new prospect engagements, and conversion rates through all top of funnel activities ie. engagements, local events to
  • Focused on B2B Direct Channel; in addition, play an important role in partnering with marketing, communications, product, or SME teams to ensure product marketing and enablement materials are regionalized for maximum impact
  • Expansion of accounts, close alignment with Customer Success for customer retention as well as expanding existing accounts as measured by net retention
  • Develop overall UK and EMEA B2B strategy, run quantitative assessments on the region to generate deep relevant insights
  • Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses
  • Execute and manage incentive compensation strategy
  • Partner with product teams, marketing and other core business functions to ensure executional alignment to meet revenue growth targets
  • Use company applications such as Salesforce to manage and forecast revenue as well as contribute to the processes and the use of other sales related services such as Intent engines.
  • Professionally conduct business negotiations in line with company policies, best practices and compliance obligations
  • Understand the Egnyte product portfolio and be able to present both through PowerPoint, white-boarding and demonstration, the value that the products/platform can provide to our prospects

Your Qualifications 

  • At least 15 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in management roles
  • Experience with SaaS or Software products
  • Knowledge of file sharing solutions, data protection and/or storage systems is a plus
  • Experience with new EMEA market entry and development
  • Experience building teams, ideally across EMEA for a global company
  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining sales executives
  • Experience as a site lead, collaborating with other teams (e.g. marketing, product, sales enablement and customer success).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
