Description

  • Current sales tools adoption - what it is, what it should be. Where needed, how to improve adoption to required levels?
  • Identify needs on tools coverage - what we don't have but need, what we have that we no longer need
  • Evaluate newer tools and their fit
  • Run enablement programs for tools adoption - ongoing and onboarding
  • Maintain key success metrics x tool type
  • Generate quarterly adoption report for management

Skill & experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales enablement experience with a high growth SaaS company
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools stack- e.g. Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Problem solving abilities
