Product Analyst

 

Overview

Edifecs is hiring a Product Analyst to join our dynamic products team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding our products from conception through launch and beyond, managing the entire product lifecycle. You will be instrumental in integrating our new product with various partner products. Your expertise will be key to ensuring seamless integration, particularly in the realm of claims management and standard EDI processes.

What you will do:

  • Drive agile adoption and practices by communicating and supporting applicable ceremonies with the engineering team.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback to drive feature prioritization and development.
  • Support training and documentation to internal and external stakeholders as required for claim management.
  • Communicate with customers on release and delivery information.
  • Work closely with Product Management to support roadmap development and priority.
  • Critically evaluate initiative and capability backlogs to produce epic and user stories that the engineering team can execute. 
  • Work with stakeholders to drive design efforts for claim management features.

 

What you will bring:

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science or MBA-related fields; Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and/or Healthcare (AHM 250) is a plus.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a business analyst/ Systems Analyst
  • Good understanding of healthcare reforms and regulatory framework
  • Strong knowledge of claim processing across all lines of business
  • Experience working on Claims Editing, Claims Integrations, and Claims Adjudication Systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of HIPAA X12 837, 834, 270, 271, and 834 transactions
  • Experience in Claims Corrections and operations including understanding the acknowledgement processing like 999, 277, etc.
  • Ability to document product features and functionalities by analyzing various state or CMS requirements for claims.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience in interpreting requirements and developing functional specifications
     

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $102,096 - $125,610 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
