Edifecs is looking for an Oracle NetSuite Integration Developer with a broad range of skills and experience in cross system integration projects with NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP system. What you will do:
- This role will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and manage the NetSuite platform, including roles, permissions, and system settings to ensure proper user access and system functionality.
- Implement system updates and new features as needed, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition during upgrades.
- Build custom applications integrating with the NetSuite platform, for internal use.
- Maintain those custom-build applications, tweak or make changes as needed for ensuring business operations are running successfully.
- Collaborate with various departments and business units to gather requirements and brainstorm on ideas.
- Develop & maintain integration between NetSuite & other applications (such as OpenAir).
- Administer OpenAir configurations and integrations with NetSuite, ensuring seamless synchronization .of project, time-tracking, and financial data.
- Create designs and prototypes based on gathered requirements.
- Test and deploy custom integration projects using necessary services like REST, SOAP, web services, etc.
- Test fixes before deployment for integration in production .
- Create & maintain databases to store relevant data for use in applications or integrations.
- Document development practice and build SOP for maintaining the system.
- Provide training and documentation to end users.
- Generate presentations or reports to present ideas .
- Assist in troubleshooting if issues arise while ensuring resolutions are documented.
What you will bring:
- 3 or more years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator & developer or in a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field is a requirement.
- Good working knowledge of REST services, SOAP web services, and API integration.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, SuiteScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Database management experience or knowledge of relational databases i.e. Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help in identifying and solving business problems.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to collaborate with various groups.
- Exceptional Time-management skills.
- Quick ramp-up and adaptability is helpful in this role.
- Experience with generative AI tools to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to improve the customer support experiences.
