Product Manager - Risk Adjustment

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead our Risk Adjustment products at Edifecs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and management of our risk adjustment solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting market analysis, and ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements and customer needs. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining Edifecs’ leadership in the healthcare technology market and enhancing the value of our offerings.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Providers, Payers, and other stakeholders to collect and define requirements for Risk Adjustment products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and market demands.
  • Create detailed product specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, including post-launch evaluation and iterations.
  • Lead customer success initiatives and gather feedback to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and support industry groups focused on Risk Adjustment and related areas.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience in product management.
  • 5-10 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Risk Adjustment methodologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare payer and provider landscape.
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling related to Risk Adjustment.
  • Proficiency with SaaS products, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.

Please Note:

  • Expected base pay range: $112,096 - $164,407 per year, depending on location, knowledge, education, and experience.
