Overview

Edifecs is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our dynamic team to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of key healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our products meet evolving industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. As a Product Manager, you will define product requirements, conduct market and competitive analysis, support go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with engineering to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of transforming healthcare through innovation and interoperability.

 

What you will do:

  • Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for Edifecs’ healthcare technology solutions.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market needs, and regulatory updates.
  • Translate business and technical needs into user stories, feature specifications, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with HIPAA and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Monitor product performance using data analytics to drive decisions and product enhancements.
  • Support compliance initiatives by integrating regulatory requirements into product development.
  • Champion Agile product development methodologies and manage product backlogs.
  • Participate in customer and stakeholder discussions to ensure voice-of-customer is represented.
  • Assist in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and healthcare technologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HIPAA x12, HL7, and FHIR is preferred.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with attention to privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead without direct authority.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Note:

The expected base pay range for this position is $112,096 – $164,407 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
