R&D Harness Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated R&D Harness Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical harness systems across various projects. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mechanical harness schematics and 3D model drawings.
Implement engineering solutions to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate proposed designs.
Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Identify and resolve issues during project execution, planning, and reporting tasks accordingly.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Energetic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design and harness systems.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to harness systems.
Good Latvian and fluent English proficiency.
