We are seeking skilled and motivated UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles) Operator - Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of UAVs to support various missions and projects.
Main responsibilities:
Operate UAVs in various environments, ensuring safe and effective mission execution.
Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure UAVs are in optimal working condition.

Collect, analyze, and report data gathered from UAVMaintain and troubleshoot UAV systems and  missions.
Provide instruction on UAV operation, navigation, safety procedures, maintenance during demo sessions to clients.
Adhere to all regulatory and company safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and clients to plan and execute missions.
 
 
Requirements: 
Technical background and understanding of UAV systems, components, maintenance.
Strong interest in aviation and cutting-edge technologies.
High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient user of MS Office.
Good knowledge of English and Latvian, Russian is a plus.
Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing conditions.
Technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Ability to travel as required for missions and projects.
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
