(Optronics R&D)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products by developing and executing testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Review and improve software quality assurance processes and testing methodologies

Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing of software products

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

Analyze software requirements and identify test coverage needs

Validate new features, bug fixes, and software releases

Track, document, and report defects using Azure DevOps

Work closely with software developers, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure product quality

Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices

Prepare and maintain testing documentation and quality reports.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in software testing or software quality assurance

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Good command of English

Considered an Advantage:

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Gross salary: EUR 2,700 per month.
