The Field Support Representative (FSR) provides operational and technical support to customers, ensuring the effective performance of products and services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, and collaborate with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site operational and technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing consultation and guidance to clients.
- Document customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in company systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and delivering quality service.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and operational knowledge of company products and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Program Management, Product Management, Customer Service, and MRO.
- Participate in the “Stand-by System” rotation schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or another technical field.
- Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) technologies and aviation standards.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Latvian and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for short-term business trips abroad.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of technical software, such as Solid
- Works.
- Previous experience working with UAS, aviation, or other technical systems is an advantage.
