Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. This role supports senior leadership with data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to drive informed decisions. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop budgets in cooperation with management team to align with organizational goals. Conduct performance analysis to support decision-making with actionable insights.
  • Financial Systems & Tools: Manage and enhance financial systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting software) to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to assess financial health and provide analysis and recommendations based on trends.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial planning processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, implementing best practices and automation where possible.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Support special projects, business cases, and provide financial modeling for new initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analysis skills, with expertise in production.
    • Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency, advanced ERP skills
    • Strategic thinking and business acumen
    • Analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
    • Fluent Latvian and English skills.
