HARNESS ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Harness Engineer join our Research & Development Team, at our modern production facility in Riga with cutting-edge equipment and a dynamic work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates wiring schematics and defines wiring routing, lengths, and connection points.
• Selects suitable wires, connectors, terminals, insulation, protective materials, and harness mounting points.
• Creates mechanical drawings and manufacturing documentation required for harness production required for harness production and assembly.
• Ensures that harness designs meet mechanical, electrical, installation, and manufacturability requirements.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and productions Engineers to support prototype development and production implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Energetic,  Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360).
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes related to harness systems.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and harness systems will be considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication and Teamwork abilities.
