RedWire Defense Tech Riga is seeking a Production Technician to join the Post-Processing Department. This role involves composite part finishing and bonding, surface preparation, sanding and painting operations, documentation handling, and close collaboration with engineers to ensure high-quality production standards.
  
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Bonding and assembling composite material parts in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
Preparing surfaces and performing finishing operations, including sanding, grinding, and painting of components
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with production and safety requirements throughout the post-processing stage
Inspecting completed parts to verify accuracy, surface quality, and adherence to specifications.
 
Requirements: 
Secondary education: technical or vocational education preferred
Knowledge and experience in assembly considered an advantage
Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings
Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
High level of precision, attention to detail, and patience
Good command of Latvian; English language skills are an advantage
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow technical documentation, internal procedures, and supervisor instructions accurately.

Salary: EUR 10.00 gross per hour
