We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Optronics product portfolio. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of optronic payloads, from concept through post-launch enhancements. This role ensures alignment between market needs and engineering capabilities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve product objectives. The Product Manager will also define market positioning, oversee competitive analysis, and ensure products meet customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain product roadmaps; define and communicate product vision and strategy; evaluate new opportunities in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from concept to retirement; ensure on-time delivery of products and enhancements with Project Management.
Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends; translate insights into product features and priorities; provide clear specifications for development.
Product Performance: Monitor performance metrics; optimize products based on customer and market data; implement updates to address evolving conditions.
Stakeholder Communication: Align and communicate with customers, senior management, and internal teams; deliver presentations on product updates and roadmaps.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet all relevant industry regulations and standards.
Product Information Management: Maintain accurate product definitions and compliance details in the PLM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
Proven experience in product management with track record of launching and managing successful products.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Interest in drone technology, understanding in hardware- software integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) and data analysis tools.
Fluent English.
