Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów)
 
ECC is seeking a Site Superintendent for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for the implementation of field related policies, programs, and practices that support and advance the Company’s long-term business objectives.
 
Experience in fuels work is desired but not required.
 
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software.
  • Five years supervisory experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with experience managing schedule and budget for large construction projects
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management or related field required.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with DoD, USACE, or NATO projects.
