Are you our next Administrative Support Clerk?
We are looking for an Administrative Support Clerk to join our team in our Brampton location.
This is an On-site 12-month fulltime contract 
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-4:30PM

What you will be doing
  • Scanning of documents that are received at our 115 Midair Ct. location 
  • Filing and shredding documents based on the guidelines of the current standard operating procedures · 
  • Searching for missing documents in the files as required/when requested · Checking for Exam One orders and documents and mail out as needed · Preparing wellness supplies and kits from the email box ·
  • Handling Canada Post deliveries that are sent to the Mobile service · Preparing supplies for health professionals ·
  • Preparing supplies for clients completing paramedical at fixed facilities across Canada. This would include populating client data into applicable forms as well preparing waybills and lab slips in preparation for kit assembly and mailout ·
  •  Folding, printing and shipping APS cheques ·
  • Processing of APS keys received on a daily basis · Managing APS mailroom email box
Education and Experience 
High school diploma · Ability to read and write in English; French would be an asset

Technical Skills ·

Ability to process electronic documents with both speed and accuracy · Attention to detail · Organizational skills and ability to multitask · Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Good verbal and written communication skills · Performs well autonomously and works well in a team · Good self-motivator · Results oriented
