Your responsibilities include working in a supervisory position designed to measure, monitor and address internal operating issues within the Collection Site to help optimize organizational performance and providing direct medical services that play a key role in promoting health and safety by conducting workplace health assessments and drug & alcohol testing, as well as other occupational health services—delivered either at our collection site or via our mobile testing unit.
You will help foster a positive team culture, maintain service excellence, and contribute to safer workplaces through trusted customer service and operational integrity.

How YOU will make a difference:
- Safeguard lives by keeping workplaces substance-free.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring all individuals feel secure, valued, and respected throughout every interaction and process.
- Perform in-office drug and alcohol testing, breath alcohol testing and health surveillance testing such as pulmonary function tests (PFT), audiometric testing and mask fit testing.
- Perform occupational testing services such as nursing physicals, ECG’s, vision testing, as well as other medical assessments as requested.
- May conduct additional occupational health assessments such as audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, spirometry, and phlebotomy.
- Participate in rotational 24/7 on-call services, with potential for weekday overtime.
- Scheduling of staff members and assisting Manager, Collection Site Services with hiring, training and evaluations of staff.
- Duties also include reception and data management, including booking appointments, tracking results, registering donors, faxing and copying.
- Troubleshoots/problem solves within scope of duties
- Ensures adequate supplies are available, ordering stock as assigned
- May include Mobile Testing using the mobile unit/truck
- Must maintain confidentiality of information and records
What YOU bring to the role:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years as a DOT Collector with BAT Certification (Audiometric and Spirometry Technician Certificate) or willing to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinic/medical stetting with at least 1-year recent experience in a supervisory role.
- Practical Nursing designation considered a strong asset.
- Ability to travel to other local collection sites as required (Valid Class 5 driver license).
- Able to be on-call during evenings and weekends (reliable transportation is a must).
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a level that enables you to communicate instructions, clearly and understandably.
Working Conditions:
- In-office clinical testing work environment, with the ability to travel to other local collection sites as required.
- May include occupational testing in a mobile vehicle.
