Electronic Engineer Manager
In this role, the Manager will lead the electronic and systems engineering development team in the development of world class product solutions including ensuring APQP processes are achieved on-time and under budget. The Manager will be primarily responsible for working directly with the customers in the AP region as well as in cooperation with the Competency Managers for Systems, Electrical and Software Engineering. The Manager will also be responsible for department budgets, spending, employee development, and customer support duties. The ideal candidate must have a “go-getter” mentality, isn’t afraid to ask questions to solve problems, has the ability and personality to lead and motivate engineering teams, is a team player with the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic auto industry, has taken a product through the full development lifecycle several times, and can stay sharp under pressure.
