Women's Inclusion Network (WIN)


Dr. Reddy’s Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) provides support to women at all stages of their careers in the areas of education, engagement and empowerment. It is a voluntary, employee-led group sponsored by Dr. Reddy’s leadership.

WIN strives to enhance the professional growth of all women by fostering an inclusive environment where women feel comfortable discussing topics and workforce issues they deem important. Ultimately, we are committed to developing female leaders within our organization while maximizing their contribution to Dr. Reddy’s goals and objectives.
