You can search and apply for positions on our career site or through LinkedIn. You will receive a system notification email when you successfully apply for a position and will be able to check your status at any time.

Application Review

A member of our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application to determine if it aligns to our current hiring needs. As part of this process, you may be contacted to complete a preliminary phone screen to gauge your fit for the role.

You will be contacted directly by phone or email if you are selected to move forward to a formal interview. Otherwise, our Talent Acquisition Team will ensure that you receive a system notification email to inform you that you were not selected for the position.

Interviews

Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will typically set-up a phone interview with the hiring manager as a next step. Those who do not qualify will receive a system notification email. Qualifying candidates will then be invited for a final interview. Final interviews are typically onsite or through Skype, depending on the candidate’s proximity to the hiring office.

• Be prepared to discuss your knowledge, skills, abilities, accomplishments, developmental interests, goals and job expectations. Use specific examples when sharing your background.

• Come prepared with some questions to ask us so you can learn more about Dr. Reddy’s – you’re interviewing us as much as we’re interviewing you.

Selection

You will receive an offer of employment if you are selected for a position. Depending on the nature of the job and the location, the offer may be contingent upon successful results of a background check, drug test, physical or other requirements, in compliance with provincial/state and federal law. We will be sure to tell you about any of these requirements upon making the offer.
