We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
- Establish fundamental standards for work, preparedness, and execution to enable teams to plan and deliver consistently
- Coach teams on structured execution, set up workflows and recurring backlog review/prioritization meetings to drive clarity, throughput, and accountability
- Own IT intake and prioritization processes, including operating cadence, decision tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Create and maintain portfolio visibility, including roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies
- Lead selected cross-team initiatives, including planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and communication efforts
- Facilitate working sessions and continuously remove blockers to keep teams aligned and progressing
- Leverage Atlassian Jira (and similar tools) to enable intake, work tracking, and reporting
- Help teams adopt practical delivery methods that fit the organization, and continuously improve how work gets done
- Translate complex challenges into clear status updates, tradeoffs, and decisions for leadership
- Build strong relationships across IT and partner teams to drive alignment and execution
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in program/project management in IT or Technology environments
- Demonstrated success coordinating work across multiple technical teams with complex dependencies
- Experience in guiding teams to adopt structured delivery practices, streamlined processes, backlog management, and review routines
- Strong Atlassian Jira (or similar tooling) experience including workflows, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience partnering with cloud, automation, SRE, engineering teams is preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile) are a plus, not required
