We are currently seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle and Retention to join our marketing team, with dotted line responsibility to our Customer Success team in Austin, TX. Performance Objectives

Enverus has a career opportunity for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. As a key role in this growing team, the CLM manager will be responsible for communications and marketing to improve the customer experience and drive improvements in retention. They will define and execute a program of proactive communication to Enverus’ customers to drive value and improve customer retention.  The CLM Manager will work cross functionally with the Product Team, Customer Success and Marketing teams to:

  • Design a program of proactive, targeted customer lifecycle communication…from onboarding thru attrition
  • Analyze and prioritize personas to determine greatest opportunities for impacting retention
  • Design a program/process to expand the current categorization of users into persona to facilitate targeted lifecycle communication
  • Rationalize current communications with the targeted lifecycle communication
  • Coordinate / execute existing customer communications to drive awareness and usage, eg Net Promoter related emails
  • Improve / execute at-risk account communication process – to support renewals
  • Collaborate to improve our contacts database

 

You’ll join an existing team and work directly with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts, reporting to the VP Marketing with dotted line reporting to the Sr. VP Customer Success.

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience in high-tech B2B marketing, preferably software as a service, SaaS
  • Direct experience planning and executing customer lifecycle marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience driving initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying and advocating for course of action leading to measurable improvement in outcomes
  • Oil and Gas background is a plus
  • Four-year degree required. Equivalent experience may be substituted
  • You're strong enough to handle a bit of ambiguity, but still able to execute
  • You’re right at home in a small and fast-growing organizational structure
  • You know when to ask questions and how to get the job done without all the answers
