Join our team as a Senior Manager, where you’ll be instrumental in delivering a robust infrastructure platform that supports our expanding enterprise. You’ll work closely with developers, security, and technology-reliant departments around the world. You’ll manage engineers building complex infrastructure projects and work with stakeholders in achieving their project objectives. 
 

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead a global team to create our hybrid cloud environment.  Develop the service into a highly available, performant, and secure service platform. 
  • Identifying and defining objectives for local and cloud-based projects that will bolster the capacity, durability, and versatility of our cloud environment. 
  • Fostering and developing a consistent and capable pipeline with cross-functional teams. 
  • Work with teams across locations to understand the services we host and connect with. 
  • Managing the department budget and drive annual and quarterly infrastructure budgeting tasks. 
  • Ensure compliance with security, reporting, and business continuity regulations. 
  • Partner with the security group to monitor traffic and user activities, ensuring anomalies are addressed.
  • Investigate ways to make our systems less location-dependent and achieve a global technology footprint.
  • Implement updated tools for system coordination, monitoring, and management to scale operations without added complexity.
  • Create billing and sustainability dashboards to track the impact of each team, solution, and initiative. 
 

What you should have:

  • You have 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure and cloud teams in mid-size or enterprise environments. 
  • You have strong people leadership skills, the ability to navigate interconnected demands on resources, and the ability to use and teach project management skills. 
  • You can communicate clearly and ensure that team members and senior leadership are given timely updates and context. 
  • You are adept at managing both self-hosted systems and cloud environments like AWS and Azure. 
  • You excel at mentoring technical professionals from junior roles to experienced engineers and providing mentorship. 
  • You can share principles of good design, robust foundations, and personal skills development to accelerate their team's delivery of modern environments. 
  • You can create clear documentation.
