We are currently seeking a Senior PV Engineer - Product Owner to join our RatedPower team. Performance Objectives

• Responsible for the direction of utility-scale solar PV engineering (>5MW) and electrical design to meet customer requirements.  
• Provide direction with environmental, civil, and structural knowledge to ensure a cohesive and optimal design. 
• Oversee the procurement specifications for major equipment, including, but not limited to, solar modules, trackers, racking piles, inverters, transformers, SCADA, cable, cable management systems, etc. 
• Reviewing customer specifications/requirements and communicating specific requirements to the product team. 
• Collaborate with the software, customer success and business teams, to frame and solve new product challenges, from both a technical and a business perspective.

Competitive Candidate Profile 

• 7+ years relevant project management experience in the Solar industry.
• Expert in the detailed design of solar PV projects.
• Successfully completed degree: Master or PhD in Industrial / Electrical Engineering.
• Expertise and deep understanding of the solar PV developing stages, requests for proposal, tenders, manufactures and industry.
• Experience in preparing engineering documentation in Word/Excel and design drawings in CAD
• Experience with solar software such as PVSyst.
• English language working competence - C1 (ideal)
