We are currently seeking a highly driven Owner Relations Agent to join our Sales Operations team Remotely.  This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest growing sector. Performance Objectives

We are seeking candidates with oil and gas accounting/land experience to join our call center services team. Enverus provides owner and vendor relations call and email support services to several companies. These are typically work from home positions and all training/equipment is provided.

  • Answer incoming owner relations call regarding various issues, including: revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
  • Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
  • Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.

  • Ability to multi-task between several critical client situations at the same time
  • Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email.
  • Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently or with a team. 
  • Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferred Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • 2-5 years of industry related experience and/or training in the field of revenue accounting and/or land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs.
  • High School degree or equivalent
