We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Owner to join our Power & Renewables Product team in the United States or Canada. 
 
 
Performance Objectives  
  • Support the Company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.  
  • Manage execution for specific products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.  
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to develop user stories and requirements, grounded in market and user insights.  
  • Serve as the voice of the user, aligning product development with business goals and stakeholder needs.  
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, working closely with scrum teams to clarify requirements, balance priorities, and explore alternative technical approaches when needed.  
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, demos, training, and collateral.  
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams by addressing client inquiries and developing support materials.  
 
 
Competitive Candidate Profile 
  • Experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role is a plus.  
  • Minimum 2 years of product management experience with a background in product owner roles.  
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets, troubleshoot product issues, and translate insights into actionable decisions that improve user experience and product performance.  
  • Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to define metrics, evaluate models, and support forecasting, simulation, or optimization efforts.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals.  
  • Proven capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent presentation skills.  
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.  
  • Experience in the power space (power flow modeling, load, renewable and price forecasting, trading) is preferred.

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
