The Team: 

You will join the Infrastructure Team within the IT Business Unit, which builds and maintains the compute infrastructure in our strategic data centers. This team delivers results for the company’s complex growth challenges by bringing high-performance, scalable solutions to bear. Performance Objectives  

  • Create system requirements and system specifications from High-Level Mission Requirements 
  • Deploy and maintain Windows Server installs using automation to Azure and Azure Local 
  • Monitor hardware and software updates and security patches. 
  • Monitor system performance and capacity reports, changes in usage. 
  • Troubleshot hardware and software problems, takes appropriate corrective action, and/or interacts with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support, and troubleshooting functions 
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to internal customers, working with the global IT team to deliver results across time zones. 

Competitive Candidate Profile 

  • Strong Windows Administration skills 
  • Solid knowledge of SCCM, SCOM, Azure ARC, and Azure Local/Stack HCI would be preferred  
  • Capable of advanced scripting in Powershell as well as other languages you want to bring to the table, and upskill the team on 
  • Experience with other Hypervisors or Hyper-converged Infrastructure 
  • Experience in managing of Enterprise-grade server hardware 
  • Experience in managing Active Directory 
  • Strong, independent problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills 
  • Technical certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Microsoft Hybrid Server Administrator (AZ-800, AZ-801) would be preferred.
