Enverus is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team, this role can be based in the US or Canada.
Performance Objectives
- Coordinates accounting functions and programs.
- Prepares financial analyses and reports.
- Prepare cash tax payment forecasts.
- Assists with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assists with annual audit preparations.
- Investigates and resolves audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Prepares federal, state, local, and special tax returns; along with maintenance of tax records in a organized manner.
- Prepare accounting memos in accordance with GAAP requirements.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 + 10% bonus
