We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join the RatedPower team supporting HR team based in Madrid, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. What you’ll do:
- Act as point of contact for people leaders, managers, employees, and other HR team members on HR operational queries.
- Support the administration of new hires, employee life-cycle changes, and offboards.
- Partner on all employee relations, leaves, and legal matters in partnership with the HRBPs or the HR Manager.
- Work with the Global Benefits team to support the administration of the benefit programs.
- Work with the Talent Excellence team and the HR Business Partners to support the successful roll-out of all Talent Initiatives (performance, development, compensation, and career).
- Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with current legislation under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Support and monitor key trends and metrics; participate in monthly HR meetings and reporting.
- Monitor Health & Safety activities: annual H&S training, medical checks.
- Responsible for providing documents and reports as required for internal and external audits, or government requirements
- Active participacion in Worday roll-out.
- Ensure data accuracy for all the information related to employee life cycle.
- Support the roll out of employee engagement events (teambuilding activities, sport events, diversity and inclusion events, etc.
What you should have:
- 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience with Spanish employment law and local legislation
- University Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
- Great problem-solving skills
- AI literacy
- Interpersonal proficiency – the ability to communicate well both written and verbally
