SUMMARY: To achieve the best external warehouse coordination for the company. Looking for new ideas and opportunities and communicating across relevant departments. The interface between external warehouses and the business.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Creating and compiling KPI reports.
  • Review production plan and order materials from external warehouses
  • Daily Review to monitor daily performance and take any necessary action to adjust the delivery schedule accordingly and discuss with planning team any material supply issue.
  • Coordinate the logistics with the carrier
  • Create paperwork for incoming materials
  • Goods receipt materials
  • Reconcile stock at external warehouses
  • Transfer stock systematically
  • Conduct stock counts at external warehouse
  • Ensure SLA is maintained
  • Working with other departments to ensure product is available for production
  • Creating and Maintaining Orders
  • Follow-up on existing orders
  • Control the quantity of stock stored at external warehouses.
  • Run the un-receipt orders report on Daily / Weekly basis and take the necessary action to close.
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships with 3PL partners and keep up good communications.
  • Highlighting any stock concerns which will affect production
  • Communicate with Warehouse, Production, QA any relevant information regarding deliveries and blocked stock
  • Monitor shelf-life expiration for all materials and discuss the results with the operational buyer.
  • Adhering to FRONERI procedures and standards.
  • Always keep 5S in your workplace.

  • Developed ability of Excel skills

  • Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown.
  • Ability to manage entire order to delivery process.
  • Results Orientated.
  • Work well in a team and under pressure.
