Main Purpose

 Ensure all factory systems & standards for reporting are up to date and completed on time and in full for timely decisions to be made. Coach teams to ensure data accuracy and that processes are maintained.  Support Problem Solving initiatives and standard creation to improve performance of the factory.


ROLE AND ACTIVITY

  • Ensure all production issues are logged on frontline and corrective action is planned and implemented.
  • Ensure all internal and external daily, weekly, monthly, etc. reporting is updated on time and in full.
  • Ensure data accuracy within reporting data
  • Support functional teams in any data analysis & guidance needed
  • Maintain and update operational record keeping system
  • Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees.
  • Ensure that you’re working practices comply with company rules and procedures in order that you and any other persons using your area of work can do so safely.
  • SAM (Downtime reporting / Adding new lines / Machines / Stoppages)
  • Ensure that all lines and products/materials are reviewed and up to date on a monthly basis and reflecting on SAP: BOM (Bill Of Materials), PV (Production Version), MR (Master Recipes), CCR (Control Cycle Record), Efficiencies, Headcount, Nominal speed DPM (Drops per Minute), Nominal and Standard Cases/Hour.
  • Support problem solving initiatives and action completion to drive performance
  • Support new product or new materials trials through data collection to help make qualification decisions
  • Create standards on machines or processes in the factory to improve efficiencies
