What you will do in this role:

As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for actively delivering significant, actionable analyses and recommendations to internal customers. In this role you will influence business partners to drive decisions that will improve performance and help the business meet or exceed its objectives. 

You will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results. You will plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions. The role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.

At this level the analyst will be a self-starter that takes ownership of the processes and outputs, challenging others to think about what’s right for the business.  The analyst exercises good judgment, stays focused on results, and ensures the integrity of financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. 


  • Develop product costing for New and renovated products
  • Develop, maintain, and own key financial models
  • Collaborate with brand, factory and supply chain finance teams
  • Understand key variance drivers and project impacts on financial forecasts
  • Provide clear & concise financial analysis to corporate/factory finance teams and senior management to drive sound business decisions
  • Provide Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned


  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or other related major.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience Cost and Operations Finance preferred.
  • Ability to Influence business decisions with concrete financial support
  • Ability to resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly
  • Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
  • Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
  • Identify risks and opportunities

  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
