Job Summary
Responsible for support and execution of marketing projects across brands, that ultimately drive brand performance in line with DGIC sales and share goals. This role will provide input, analysis and support for the below activities as agreed and assigned by the reporting Brand Manager.

Role and Activity

Packaging & Innovation:

  • Partner with associate brand managers and lead the brands on packaging APL/LI cross checking and proof approvals
  • Conduct desk research on food, flavor, category and sustainability trends to inform innovation briefs
  • Actively participate in quality benchmarking across our key SKU’s – obsess over every detail

 Communications:

  • Embrace the consumer and ensure our brands are resonating in the market
  • Partner with associate brand manager and social specialist in the development and execution of organic social content (inc. planning, creation and results measurement)
  • Website optimization support (licensed brands, Project Stagg copy and HD Shops transfer)
  • Work with associate brand manager and in-store partners (Catalina / News America) to execute brand POS and Coupon artwork to plan
  • Collaborate with brands and OMNI team to set up and approve best in class E-Content
  • Lead influencer kit design and execution for relevant brands (work with external agency to create branded items and kits, decide on what items to include, work through logistics of quantities/shipping to AIT partners etc.)

Base business analysis:  

  • Be a voice of our consumers, consistently bringing the outside world into our business and brand decisions
  • Work with internal OMNI team and quality ratings & reviews partner (BazaarVoice) to ensure our products are featured and reviewed across digital channels to encourage consumer purchase
  • Competitive tracking (Ratings and Reviews, Price Promo, New Items, Campaigns)

Project Management:

  • Ad hoc, other duties as assigned

 Commercial planning:

  • Work with cross functional partners to provide administrative ensuring smooth delivery of ICP plans and product; coordinating samples, New Item Set Up, Packaging flats/renders

Adhoc Marketing Admin:

  • Asset management (Media Box organization of campaign and packaging assets across brands)
  • Maintaining N Drive/SharePoint
  • Manage AIT sample inventory and delivery in partnership with sales counterpart
  • Design, execute and distribute Swag
  • Lead Surprise and Delight

Academic Requirement - BS/BA in Marketing or Related Field
