PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Execution: Provide flawless execution of the People strategy processes that attract and retain
employees to support the organization's short- and long-term business needs. Support Dreyer's initiatives
to execute workforce planning processes for the organization such as recruitment, talent acquisition,
succession planning, and realignments/restructures. Ensure the culture & working environment is open,
empowering, fair and equitable.

Delivery of HR recruitment services: Execute HR Service delivery through HR Specialty areas of
staffing and recruiting. Ensure all service levels are met/exceeded. Source candidate profiles to ensure
the right talent is selected to align with business requirements.
Applicant & Tracking Management: Utilize the applicant and tracking management system Jobvite to
help drive the achievement of company goals through proactive plan setting, staffing demand calibrations,
and talent acquisition.

• Serve as main point-of-contact for all Staffing and Recruiting activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes both internal and external.
• Assist in coordination and facilitation of new hire orientations.
• Process new hire Action Request Forms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor Action Request Forms to ensure accuracy in such items as salary calculations and
recommendations, job titles/codes, approval signatures, etc., and follow-up with necessary changes.

Ensure accuracy in organization chart.
• Partner with HR and Training team to ensure successful on-boarding activities.
• Responsible for planning, leading and managing recruiting events on-site and in the community and
ensuring that each event is representative of the company’s image, culture, and mission.
• Lead all steps of the recruitment process.
• Provide administrative assistance to HR manager including answering phone calls, create factory wide
communication memos, maintaining department files, and scheduling meetings. Provide support to HR
staff for administrative assistance as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Factory Manager

REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL, AND EXPERIENCE:
• A Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in Human Resource Management or related field (e.g. Business,
Organizational Communication, Industrial Psychology) required.
• 1 - 3 years’ (or more) experience in a Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist or Representative
role in a Manufacturing Plant, Distribution Center, Sales or DSD environment.
• Change management experience - implementation of a change project within a non-corporate setting
(i.e., such as implementing the new service or benefit concept to employees)
• Human Resource experience should include familiarity with and experience in recruitment and
communications. Must have knowledge of basic HR laws and applications.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and an HRIS
system (such as UKG PRO, Jobvite or SAP)
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Must be able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization and offer
off shift coverage and work extended hours
• Must possess good presentation and training skills
